By accessing or using Graphify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Service
Graphify provides upload-driven knowledge graph generation, artifact storage, hosted analysis workflows, and supporting account or payment features. Features may change over time as the service evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
Platform Rules
- You must only upload or submit materials you have the right to use.
- You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of prompts, source materials, and generated outputs you choose to rely on.
- Graphify may suspend accounts or remove content that violates policy, law, or platform safety requirements.
Hosted Builds and Outputs
Graphify may process uploaded source material into graph artifacts, reports, and related outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in engineering, operational, financial, legal, or compliance contexts.
Payments and Billing
Subscriptions, credits, and paid services are processed through the payment providers configured on the platform. Prices, billing cadence, and refund rules are shown during checkout or in the relevant policy pages.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Graphify to break the law, distribute malicious content, abuse platform resources, infringe intellectual property, or bypass service limits and permissions.
Liability
Graphify is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
