This Refund Policy explains how Graphify handles subscription and paid-service refund requests.
Subscription Refunds
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or the service did not function as described, contact support with the relevant order information. Approved refunds are handled through the original payment method whenever possible.
Credit Packs and Hosted Processing
Credits or hosted processing runs are reviewed case by case. We may decline refund requests for delivered digital services, completed processing runs, or consumed usage unless required by law or where a clear platform-side failure occurred.
Requesting a Refund
Send a request to support@graphify.homes and include:
- The account email used for purchase
- The order or subscription identifier
- A short description of the issue
Timing
We aim to review refund requests promptly, but timing may vary depending on payment-provider requirements or additional verification needs.
